Department Description
The MEA+ Group is one of the most dynamic organizations within PVH. We are developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in Greece, the Middle East, Israel, and Africa. Our business approach is multifaceted in order to optimize the positioning of PVH in our markets. We are driven by excellence and dedicated to giving our best to drive the growth across our regions.
\nWithin the MEA+ team, we have a diverse group of people coming from different areas of the world, however everyone really understands \"the language of Retail\". This is one of the reasons why we believe the potential Intern will learn a lot from working with us. The office environment is one that is always energetic and with a flurry of activity. This is in part due to the fast-paced countries that we work with.
\nOne of the benefits of working within the MEA+ office is that we have several different functions sitting together working on our common goals. This creates an environment that is conducive to team spirit and open/supportive working relationships. This person will learn how to communicate well with others within our office and also the extended offices within Amsterdam and our Partners abroad.

Project Description
The candidate will be responsible for a project on Visual Merchandising Digitalization aspects that will specifically consist of:
\n\nTranslating the merchandising flow into 3D renders
\nDigital VM guidelines created ad hoc for the Dutch market
\nSpecial projects with a digital merchandising focus that will increase the revenue in the stores
\n\nThe intern will receive retail and visual merchandising basic knowledge along the way through constant mentorship, stimulation of ideas and occasional live experiences in the stores. This will help receive a complete understanding of the retail business and the candidate will learn how the retail business and communication is evolving into a digital approach.

Requirements
\nIt is mandatory that you are still enrolled in a university or school program at the start date of the internship. Please note this is not a thesis-oriented internship but more to gain experience in a global work environment.
\nThe candidate must be eligible to work in the EU.
\nStart date: February 2020; Duration: 6 months
