Department Description
As the Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work in the HR department. There are several teams within HR, and you will mainly work with the Talent Acquisition team. This is a young team with a positive mindset, and you will be given all the support you need during your internship, as well as a lot of independence to work on your projects, set your own deadlines, plans, and achievements. The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for finding the best talents for our business, so you can expect a high exposure to different business areas. We have different TA specialists for each business hub, so depending on your interest, you can work more closely with those recruiting and sourcing for either Digital, Marketing, Design, Finance, etc.

Project Description
The main project you will work on during your internship is: Develop Interview Feedback Forms and Scorecards for anchor roles in PVH.
\nBriefly, you will have to ensure we assess for all roles the values and leadership traits and the key behavioral and technical competencies that are required for each anchor role.
\nYou will design communication and training materials for managers to upskill on how to use the forms and scorecards.
\nLearning outcomes:
\n\nWhat differentiates hiring good candidates from great candidates
\nHow to assess objectively and fact-based
\nUnderstanding of the career framework, job categories and success drivers per role
\n\nThe main goals of this project are to:
\n\nImprove the quality of candidates
\nReduce retention
\nIncrease performance, potential internal mobility and successors pool, as well as increase manager competence
\n\nThus, you will have to analyze these aspects and decide how these goals can be achieved.
\n

Requirements
It is mandatory that you are still enrolled in a university or school program at the start date of the internship.
\n\nThe candidate must be eligible to work in the EU
\nStart date: February 2020; Duration: 6 months
