AREA52 is the innovation incubator of PVH Europe. We strive to be at the forefront of the fashion-technology by pioneering future concepts and ideas for PVH Europe. (New) concepts that makes the life of our consumers easier are rapidly tested through our innovation framework which is tailored to the needs/challenges of the PVH organisation. We are fine-tuning and developing our innovation framework on-the-go, as we do not only want to offer quick results, but also provide innovation expertise and best practices to the organisation/business stakeholders.
What were looking for
We are currently seeking a maternity leave replacement for a period of 7 months starting 20th of January 2020 for the position of Senior Program Manager Innovation. This is a full-time position based in Amsterdam and will report to the Design Lead of A52.

\nYou will support the team in achieving their objectives.
\n\nCreate a replicable framework for A52
\nMake A52 indispensable for PVH Europe
\nBuild a positive reputation for getting fast results in exploring new concepts
\n\n
\nAt the end of the 7 months you have delivered:
\n\nA first version of the framework from challenge to prototype, in a publishable format. Your experience in creating results fast and cheap will contribute to this and you help build the teams expertise on this front simultaneously.
\nAn internal stakeholder strategy and communication plan to increase chances of adoption in the business and a model to spot opportunities for our stakeholders. Your knowledge from previous experience comes in useful and will help the team elevate to a more senior level.

\nThis role requires a delicate balance between strategy, stakeholder management and execution tactics to initiate the launch of the initiatives and achieve measurable impact for PVH Europe. By tapping into your user centred mindset, you are able to drive partnering teams forward and push their fixed thinking into new ways with methods like design thinking, lean start-up, consumer experience mapping and rapid prototyping. You are an evangelist for these methods, all of which maximize collaboration, shared understanding and trust between teams.
Skills and experience
\nYou have 8+ years experience in the innovation field
\nYou are comfortable working in international corporate environments
\nYou can convincingly articulate your process, ideas and solutions to complex business and user problems to senior stakeholders
\nYou have a mindset of humility, continuous learning, experimentation, user-centricity and evidence-based decision making to your service design efforts.
\nYou make the team more effective by thinking out-of-the-box ways to test and validate problem solutions
\nYou are curious and embrace failures to learn from
