Department description
The Campus team operates within the Creative Service team in PVH. Our main goal as a team is to increase the overall wellbeing of all our employees, focusing on physical health, mental well-being, nutrition and social events. We do this by creating new concepts & projects like our amazing company gym Peoples Place Gym, the Nutrition Bar, the Mindset studio, our Disruptive Meeting concept and many more.
Position Description
Were looking for a new team member with a burst of energy and a passion for a healthy and inspiring lifestyle. She/he will play a crucial role in our team to keep everyone connected, making everything run smooth and develop our concept to a new level.
\nResponsibilities
\nThe responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
\n\nDrive wellbeing and wellness initiatives and strategies at our Peoples Place Gym, based on analytics
\nCoordination of events, including the creating of our Mindset Studio program and the facilitation of the Disruptive Meetings concept;
\nIntroduce people to our gym and events, via tours and presentations;
\nEnd responsibility for all communication for Nutrition Bar team, including all internal communication of Campus and Gym activities with proposed software;
\nManage our Nutrition Bar team and secure an on-time team planning for our full gym team;
\nSupport and coordinate Campus manager with future Campus projects
\nFull administration of external Gym memberships (registrations, renewals, invoicing) and customer support;
\nFinancial support and co-ownership of the Campus Gym budget incl. the collection and analyzing of all income revenue and control of all invoices in SAP;
\nOrdering supplies for the gym, nutrition bar and campus incl. all merchandise items;
\nEnd responsible for our gym booking system.

Requirements
\nA strong passion for fitness, nutrition and mental wellbeing;
\nA minimum of 2 years relevant experience: coordinating projects, interaction with clients, event management and/or strategic thinking;
\nAn inspiring innovator and leader for wellbeing;
\nA relevant qualification in wellbeing industry is a plus;
\nEnjoy being hands on and having all round tasks;
\nStrong English communication and social skills (on all levels);
\nStrong organization and project management skills;
\nStrong admin and budgetary control skills.
