About The Role
The HR Coordinator works within the operations team, they are the foundation that allows the business to fully support their people throughout the employee life cycle.
\nThis role is responsible for providing high quality support and service to our store teams and other business areas as required. They create, maintain and improve processes, ensuring that all people data is accurate and delivered on time and to agreed standards.
\nResponsibilities include:
\n\nAct as an HR generalist, providing expert support and advice to business on all employee lifecycle elements and best practice for retail
\nPreparing and organizing HR documents to support the employee life cycle.
\nDevelops stakeholder relationships and engagement.
\nWorks with stakeholders to increase knowledge and ensure teams are ready for new system implementation.
\nEnsure that all incoming calls, queries and emails are dealt with according to current SLAs.
\nTrack activity and produce weekly and monthly scheduled update reports.
\nReview and improve own individual performance in relation to KPIs and SLAs.
\nPlay the role of super user for current HRIS.
\nContinuously review, challenge and adapt transactionalprocesses to ensure fit for purpose.
\nUpskilling and training stakeholders on HR Best Practice
\nMaintain constant communication with stakeholders to ensure a consistent and excellent level of service is always provided
\nAudits data in line with auditing process and schedule
\nSupports HR Manager and HR Officer in ad hoc projects.
\nEscalates issues that may arise to HR Manager in a timely fashion.
\nProactively look for opportunities to develop self and share development opportunities with team members.

About You
\nYou'll have previous customer service / HR experience (CIPD Preferred).
\nYou'll be proactive, results driven and comfortable to put solutions on the table.
\nYou'll be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Visio.
\nYoull have the ability to maintain confidentiality and display discretion at all times.
\nYoull have excellent attention to detail.
\nYou will be customer focused, demonstrating a passion to deliver a quality and consistent service on time, every time.
\nYou'll have excellent organisation and time-management skills demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritise own workload.
\nYoull be a team player.
\nYoull have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.
