Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing supply planning activities for the sourcing organization including fill-rate reporting and KPI monitoring
Ensure a high seasonal delivery performance through a proactive approach to resolving planning issues and working across vendors and the team
Support building a strong planning function by establishing best practice processes and driving planning process harmonization across the vendor base
To execute seasonal capacity planning by bridging the needs of both vendors and the team
Proactively identify risks/improvement opportunities and propose corrective action plan to address these issues
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or other related disciplines
At least 5 years relevant working experience in capacity planning and supply chain management in apparel or footwear industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Highly proficient in MS Office skills (incl. MS Access) and expertise of internal systems; Trade Card/GT Nexus and FMS
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Immediate available is highly preferred
