Responsible for the planning and execution of PVHs internal financial reporting, including (1) consolidation of semi-annual budgets, (2) consolidation of monthly forecasts, (3) preparation/review of various analyses and financial packages for senior management and (4) preparation of presentations to senior management and Board of Directors.
Monthly preparation and analysis of consolidated income statement and balance sheet forecasts and related schedules
Preparation of monthly financial packages for senior management, with a more comprehensive quarterly financial package in conjunction with quarterly earnings calls/releases
Preparation of periodic presentations to senior management and Board of Directors
Bi-annual planning, preparation and analysis of consolidated budgets and related schedules
Preparation of ad hoc requests for senior management
Preparation of analysis/scorecards to identify opportunities and risks
Provide recommendations and assist in the implementation of system/process changes to improve the efficiency and/or effectiveness of management reporting
Support external reporting processes as needed
Train and develop financial analyst, providing mentoring and timely feedback on performance
Assist with special projects, as needed

Experience
8+ years in public accounting and/or Corporate finance or reporting role in a large, multi-national company required. Public company experience preferred.

Education
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred
