The HR Reporting Analyst is a newly created position. This role will be a member of the growing People Analytics team & HR Technology team and is responsible for providing consultation and collaboration to cross-functional teams both inside and outside of HR, acting as subject matter expert for Workday & HR reporting.
You will develop relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business and challenges. Must be highly data-driven, technically astute, a solid communicator, intellectually curious, a fast learner, and move quickly while keeping focused on high impact projects with limited direction and supervision.
Leads HR Reporting & Analytics COE to support the organization in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics
Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop reliable dashboards & reports for self-service consumption by managers, HR professionals and key stakeholders
Works closely with HR leadership using data & analysis to provide actionable information for informed business decisions
Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis
Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics
Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning and development, recruiting, talent management, diversity) to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight
3+ years HR systems reporting and analytics experience (Workday) requirements gathering & analysis, report configuration, troubleshooting
Strong understanding of HR Systems & Process (Workday)
Experience configuring & supporting Workday complex reports and dashboards
Strong HR process & initiative acumen and technical aptitude
Candidate must be a self-starter who possess strong customer focus, command skills, comfortable implementing change, and dealing with ambiguity.
Advanced analytical, problem solving, and organization skills
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel required
