Technology:
\nThe technology department supports and maintains the systems and applications that are key to the functioning of PVH. There are multiple business domains that support the technology requirements. From our retail stores, finance, logistics, infrastructure, supply chain, customer support and more.
\nInnovation:
\nThe innovation arm of the Digital Hub is responsible for driving innovation across the fashion value chain. This department has delivered the world first Digital Showrooms for B2B selling. Additionally, teams are making significant advancement in 3D design and its integration into the fashion design process.

About the Team
The role of Internal Communications Manager sits in the Digital Optimization & Transformation Team. Our team uses our combined skills to encourage engagement, collaboration, the sharing of knowledge and to support the changes to our work practices and behaviors of the associates. We do this through evangelizing continuous improvement, standardized ways of working, and growth culture by embedding Agile, Lean and Growth mindset in everything we do. Over the last 18 months the Digital Hub has completed significant improvements to our organization structure, how teams function, the management of associates careers, our relationships with our stakeholders and our communications that will assist in PVH becoming a Fashion-Tech company.

Position Description
This role is key to the successful functioning of the Digital Hub. Not only will you be gathering, editing and sharing information across multiple platforms but you will also be helping to shape behavior, drive ownership, empower teams and provide encouragement to associates across the department.
\nWith this, your role is varied and incorporates the following and more;
\n\nShaping a consistent narrative across the department and within all Domains,
\nAssist and continually educate the teams on how to shape their communications
\nMessaging from the Technology and Innovation departments to the PVH global stakeholders
\nWork on campaigns that will include the creation of content across email, print, video, events and digital
\nCollaborate with Corporate Coms on wider communications
\n\n
\nTo be successful in this role you will;
\n\nBe able to translate technological information into accessible non-technical language
\nDevelop strong relationships across the department and key PVH stakeholders
\nManage and effectively priorities your daily schedule and deliverables
\n\n
\nKey deliverables/responsibilities
\n\nCo-develop the Digital Hub communications strategy
\nOwnership of all department communications at VP/SVP level
\nSupporting the Domain Directors communications to their teams
\nDelivery and organization of key department events i.e. town halls, quarterly surveys, social events
\nMaintaining our internal knowledge sharing and communication platforms
\nAssisting teams to shape communications on a project level
\nMonthly Tech newsletter
\nReigniting the Tech blog
