Project Description
The Color Department is launching a project to create better alignment between color standards and the colors achieved in SMS for PVH Europe. Currently the same colors produced by different vendors or in different product clusters/fabrics, don't match. Thus, they need to be adjusted after SMS production. These adjustments cause extra costs, delays and confusion for divisions and vendors. Successful execution and implementation of this project will lead to greater consistency of colors throughout production for the collections, greater speed and reduction in costs. In this project, we would like to include color department's spectral measurements, as well as digital evaluations to ensure accuracy in the process. The intern will gain knowledge of color and product development process and experience in handling and analyzing data.
