Project Description
During your 6 months internship, you will be assigned two main projects:
\nCalvin Klein Marketing portal management and improvement.

\nYouarethe main owner and point of contact for our marketing portal. With this projectyouneedto:
\n\nProcess the local marketing requests in an efficient way to avoid processing paid requests. YoY visual requests need to go down.
\nMap and execute improvements for the portal in the most cost-effective way.
\n\nSeasonal Gift with Purchase

\nYouarealso the main point of contact for the season GWP planning. With this projectyouneedto:
\n\nDevelop the seasonal conceptwith our internal studio
\nSample and produce the GWP with our vendors
\nDistribute and track sales performances with our local teams
\nKeep an eye on the competitors landscape
\n\n
\nOther responsibilities include:
\n\nProcessing market requests for the studio and ensuring that all information is accurate, detailed with specific information required for our studio team to develop creative concepts
\nDay to day support management from the Marketing Manager in the creation of seasonal marketing materials i.e.: POS, signage, mock-ups, e-mail campaigns, online promotion, etc.
\nAssist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
\nAssist on the EMEA budget tracking
\nCollate and analyze competitor marketing across markets
\nPrepare presentations

Requirements
\nIt is mandatory that you are still enrolled in a university or school program (ideally marketing or communications studies) at the start date of the internship. Please note this is not a thesis-oriented internship but more to gain experience in a global work environment.
\nThe candidate must be eligible to work in the EU
\nStart date: February 2020; Duration: 6 months

\nYou have good knowledge & computer skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word

\nYou have strong aesthetic eye and taste level; strict attention to detail
\nYou have flexible attitude and strong work ethic
