Position Description
Purpose
\nExecution of theEuropean Employee Experience Strategyin service of building a strong performance and workability culture. Implement and execute key initiatives and services, which will enhance the associate experience at PVH. The focus is on building positive, engaged work environments for Associates and leaders, leading to increased engagement, workability, reduced turnover and absence and contributes to the organizations growth plans. This role is vital to support the transformation of HR to a people centric function that is a strategic partner to the business and serving our associates. The role will directly report to the Director Employee Experience.

Core Responsibilities
\nThe Senior EE Specialist is responsible for managing a complex caseload and providing advice and support to Associates and Line Management on all aspects of the employment relationship including performance management, disciplinary, grievances, sickness absence, and wellness. A balanced focus on preventative, pro-active and reactive needs will be required for this role. The initial focus will be on concluding the current caseload and then focusing on actions to reduce the overall cases.
\nOperating Model, Processes and Guidelines
\n\nSupport the People Relations Director to establish the ER function including; processes, systems, SLAs and ways of working with other People Services/HR teams, focused on enhancing the associate experience
\nTransfer of current ER workload from the HRBP to ER
\nBe a key contact and build a productive relationship with the Arbo and other external providers and broker internal and external services and actions to ensure an effective outcome for managers and associates
\nImplement key Associate engagement activities in partnership with key HR and business stakeholders
\nProactively identify opportunities for efficiency gains and process improvements, to streamline HR practices, where required, review and adapt policies and procedures, collaborating with other HR stakeholders where required
\n\nConsumer Focus
\n\nServe as Subject Matter Expert on internal ER procedures and act as first point of contact to assist HR Operations T2 Specialist on escalated items
\nAdvise Associates and line managers on People Relations cases, including coaching on wellness, absence, performance, disciplinary and other people related topics
\nMeet regularly with HRBP s to give status updates on relevant cases and agree effective course of action
\nMaintains required documentation within the ER case management system (future) for advice and investigations
\nEnsures and maintains legislation, documentation and required steps are taken related to sickness and the gatekeeper act.
\nConduct investigations in partnership with the legal team
\nConduct mediation where required
\nMaintain up to date knowledge of law changes, case law etc.
\n\nDevelop People Manager Capabilities
\n\nCo design and facilitate training with PVHU on ER related topics (including PVH Policies)
\nGive recommendations and participate in the development of People Relations toolkit which allows associate self-service on key topics and providing opportunities to increase capability
\n\nDevelop People Analytics
\n\nAnalytics and Measurement. Track, analyze and interpret ER metrics, working with HRIS teams to identify trends in data which allow for early recommendations and resolution
\nThrough historical case data and trend analysis, engage in proactive ER practices, solutions and upskilling to reduce the total number of cases
\nReview trend in current workload and highlight themes which go against PVH policies and procedures
\nVoice of the Associate: Develop a keen understanding of the voice of our Associates
\n
Position Requirements
\nBachelors degree required Degree in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Business or equivalent.
\nFive years of experience in an HR Generalist, ER, or a related role, this should include experience of conducting investigations
\nSelf-motivated, with the ability to work under own initiative and prioritize workload
\nVery strong verbal and written communication skills
\nFlexible approach to working; being able to work under pressure in a fast, dynamic and driven environment
\nOrganizational skills; including the ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines, as well as multi-task in a fast-paced environment
\nAbility to establish trust and credibility
\nTechnically proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
\nStrong influencing skills with proven success in influencing employees at all levels of the organization in a consultative methodology
\nHigh-level project management and facilitation skills.
