Position Description
You will be part of Information Technology Team that serve Wholesale & Retail Businesses, the Omnichannel Project Manager is responsible to deliver and implementing all the Omni Services which are part of the Digital Transformation roadmap of PVH Europe.\nYou will be responsible to deliver Store of the Future elements on our network, be the connection with different peers like Operations, Technology, HR, Finance and Marketing Team. Acting as single point of contact for our Amsterdam HQ you will be also responsible for RFiD, EAS, GK development and all other Digital Elements.\n \n \nKey Responsibilities:\n \n\tAct as Single Point of Contact with Amsterdam Omni Team, leading projects with cross functional approach\n\tResponsible for conceptualizing and further developing the collection and use of customer insights gained in the retail and e-commerce channels\n\tResponsible for defining, developing and implementing the Omni channel customer experience based on new technologies and customer insights\n\tResponsible for developing, piloting and implementing profitable Omni channel projects in a structured way, including reporting to senior management\n\tResponsible for setting own project priorities based on business cases and practical situation\n\tSupport in identifying new opportunities for Omni channel services, future digital in-store experiences and innovations.
Position Requirements
Requirements:\n\n\t5 years of experience in project management, using and mixing most common platform (Agile, Kanban, etc)\n\t2 years of experience in Technology Omni Services;\n\tProblem-solving, communication, negotiation and analytical skills;\n\tChange management skills, driving innovation;\n\tKnowledge of supporting platform (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Monday, etc);\n\tGood knowledge of KPI & Metrics;\n\tPassionate about technology and innovative tool adoption;\n\tFluent in English.
