POSITION SUMMARY:

CK Impact is Calvin Kleins dedicated corporate responsibility and social impact platform. The CK Impact team will be responsible for working collaboratively across the organization to drive transformational change & deliver on our commitments

Role overview:
Spearhead the implementation & ongoing activation of the CK Impact platform through project management, process & tool creation, stakeholder engagement, and KPI tracking. Develop and execute a brand-wide global methodology to deliver on multi-year commitments & targets. Partner with diverse internal and external stakeholders to capture initiatives, provide direction, report out on progress, and escalate challenges.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Develop project management approach and implement methodology across all related functions & geographies
Serve as central point of contact for all stakeholders involved in CK Impact implementation
Support the development of workflow procedures & tools to streamline information sharing, data collection, reporting, and analysis
Connect dots across functions and geographies to create clarity & identify opportunities
Create collaboration forums to facilitate information sharing
Partner with CR and business stakeholders to establish and track KPIs
Create playbooks and share best practices & solutions
Establish RACI guidelines with clear roles & responsibilities
Create executive communications to share progress & highlight roadblocks
Contribute to and/or lead steering committee meetings
Maintain knowledge of latest industry systems and processes to support PMO & Corp Responsibility activities

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

5+ years experience working in a project management or managing cross-functional initiatives
Supply chain, apparel, or sustainability experience a plus

Bachelors degree required
MBA or Master degree is a plus
Project management PMP certification preferred

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
