POSITION SUMMARY:
The Accounts Payable Associate T&E is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all T&E related data.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Assist in performing weekly audits in Concur to prevent fraud and ensure timely submission of expenses
Assist in reviewing and resolving exceptions in Oversight
Assist in reconciling daily Concur/SAP interfaces
Assist in researching and resolving daily Concur discrepancies
Assist managing Concur inquiry mailbox
Assist with review of termed associates in Concur and SAP
Assist in user training sessions
Provide assistance with all Concur issues and inquiries
Audit & process expense reports in US currency (all stores)
Processing of Cash Advances, Relocation Expenses & Education Reimbursements
Assist in resolution of problems of the monthly Debit Balance report
Review invoices that other AP Associates processed for accuracy and Company compliance
Handle e-mail & telephone inquires
Assist in other AP assignments when requested

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 3+ years related experience

Education: Associate Degree and/or 3+ years extensive Concur experience

Systems:
Concur (Back Office Administration & Reporting)
SAP
Oversight
Microsoft Excel

Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good problem solving skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to work with people at various levels within the organization.
Able to multi-task efficiently and effectively in a very fast paced environment.
