Our department
The TH General Merchandising and Product Management department covers Strategy Planning, General Merchandising, Calendar Management and Project Management to support long term company growth.
\nIn this role you will:
\n\nPlan, execute and control a strategic project(s) with strong analytical focus and understanding of consumer-centric strategies
\nAnalyze findings, frame challenges, provide options for consideration and recommendations for resolution through analysis
\nContribute to the successful implementation of projects with an end-to- end continuous improvement approach
\nWork with cross-functional teams on various projects (product, marketing, sales, HR, design etc), with the aim to lead a focus on solving consumer, regional and/or organizational needs
\nNurture a flexible and collaborative mindset within a creative and inspiring culture
\n\nMore specifically, for the Sustainability program you will help the team with:
\n\nTarget setting and roadmap
\nData transparency & reporting
\nProcesses mapping
\nInternal & external communication
\n\n
\nYou will be the liaison between the divisions, innovation team and CR team. There could be other projects (support roll-out 3D design) which you will need to support.
\n

Requirements
\nYou have to still be enrolled in a university or school program at the start date of the internship.
\nThe candidate must be eligible to work in the EU
\nStart date: February 2020; Duration: 6 months

\nYou have advanced knowledge & computer skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word
\nYou have an affinity/knowledge in the apparel & fashion world
\nIt is a plus if you have previous experience in the fashion industry
\nYou are highly organized with the ability to plan according to priority and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
\nYou have strong communication skills, high proficiency in English (both speaking and writing)
\nYou have a flexible attitude and a strong work ethic
\nYou have a good understanding of PVH DNA and brand awareness
\nYou are willing to learn and push your boundaries!
