Position Description
What we offer? A polyvalent post, a global participation in the development of the shop and a ticket for the \"American Dream\". \n\nIn concrete terms, participating in the outreach of the Tommy Hilfigers shop in Boulogne, as Sales Manager, is: \n\nMANAGE THE TEAM \n* Supervise the entire team and actively participate in the development of turnover and teams * Anticipate and organize the activity of the shops sales (schedules, commercial operations) \n* Integrate, train the team in sales techniques and ensure the skills of employees \n* Animate and coach your team on a daily basis (daily turnover, objectives) \n\nLIVING A UNIQUE AND QUALITATIVE CLIENT EXPERIENCE \n* Welcome and offer personalized advice to the client \n* Sell the brand's products thanks to your taste for fashion and to your knowledge of the different collections \n* Develop sales indicators as well as sales \n* Retain the customer by an irreproachable quality of service \n\nMANAGING THE SALES SURFACE\n* Manage the flow of goods and supply the sales area\n* Collaborate with the merchandising and stock teams\n* Ensure the good performance of the point of sale (storage, organization, cleanliness)
