Your role at PVH
We are an agile team with a start-up mentality passionate about rapid experimentation & learning. We welcome new ideas and initiatives and turn these into prototypes to validate with our consumers. Once we identify that there is a potential, it is time to develop a hypothesis and design an experiment. Did it work? If yes, it is time to scale. Youre in the lead of following this process. Lets break it down:
\n\nCreate hypotheses and experimentation design to accelerate learning
\nDevelop and maintain experimentation backlog by collecting ideas from the team, stakeholders and outside the company
\nWatch consumer trends and suggest ideas
\nConduct user interviews to validate assumptions
\nRun tests and experiments to reach our quarterly objectives and key results by e.g. creating a landing page, Facebook ad or usability hub test
\nDevelop recommendations on the steps we should take to improve
\nCreate internal newsletters related to the MYTOMMY app
\nManage relationship with users in the app store
\nYou are part of a young, creative and open-minded agile team that consists of full-stack developers, a product manager, business analyst and a scrum master
\n\n

What we are looking for
With your creative mind and can do mentality you are eager to collect the requirements you need to get started. The core of our product is experimentation, so were looking for an inventive experimenter who can turn any question into a learning experience.

\n\nknow a thing or two about Lean Startup, Growth Hacking etc.
\nexperience with major online growth hacking tools: Facebook ads, usability hub, Google Analytics, Unbounce, A/B testing software
\nstand behind 'Dream Often, Think Big, Test Small, Fail Fast' philosophy
\nare eager to learn and not afraid to fail because you understand we need to adapt to ever-changing consumer needs and super-fast tech evolvements
\nare a good communicator (English)
