POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for supporting the regional compensation and benefits team in day-to-day total reward programs and policies.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work independently according to HR SOPs
Implement and update compensation and benefits policies and procedures
Handle the C&B market surveys
Support year-end process activities such as annual performance management, salary planning and bonus review process
Responsible for benefit programs enrollment, changes and termination for various countries
Maintain employees and dependents data in all benefitsplan
Support the delivery of the company recognition courtesy programs
Co-ordinate with benefits vendors and brokers
Maintain employees data and its configuration in HRIS system "Workday"
Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions in response to HR and business needs
Co-ordinate with corp HRIS "Workday" team to maintain data configuration and system enhancement according to HR/business requirement
Other ad hoc C&B related projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor degree or above and minimum of 3 years solid experience with C&B function, preferable gained from retail industry;
Hands on experience in HRIS (WORKDAY) system management and administration;
Good understanding of HR policies, procedures and practices, employment law legislative compliance and requirement
Proven experiences in salary/benefit survey administration, data analysis, and recommend changes
Detail-minded with excellent numerical and analytical skills
Builds good working relationships; collaborates toward deadlines and deliverables.
Able to communicate effectively across the team and organization; effectively works under instruction.
Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-cultural and team-oriented setting
Good in Microsoft Office and particularly proficiency in Excel
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and good communication in both verbal and written
