What does your team do within PVH Ecommerce?
You will join the Ecommerce Traffic Management Team at our European head office in Amsterdam and will report directly into the Senior Traffic Manager. The team is responsible for driving performance marketing for the Tommy Hilfiger web properties across Europe. You will support the ambitious growth with continuous expansion of the Affiliate program and ongoing display optimisation to ensure net sales growth targets are met.
\nYour role at PVH:
\n\nAccelerate revenue and efficiency through the Affiliate and Display (retargeting) channels
\nBuild the Affiliate and Display strategy, analysis and planning in-line with priority and ecom KPIs
\nLiaise closely with the media agency to maximise opportunity and to keep track of performance
\nExpansion of the Affiliate program and tactically manage publishers to achieve ecom goals and brand image
\nDevelop a CLTV and repurchase strategy with the use of Display retargeting as a channel lever
\nBuild roadmap together with the agency and Senior Traffic Manager
\nExecute roadmap projects in an efficient & timely manner by identifying priorities, bottlenecks and opportunities.
\nBuild strong relationship with existing and new partners e.g. Google, Publishers
\nManagement of feeds to funnel the right products based on stock, bestsellers, margins and seasonal trends
\nProactively develop reports and analysis to bring insightful findings that are actionable beyond the Traffic team
\nCarry out new testing ideas based on new alpha and betas
\nWork with ecom Planners and Site Merchandisers in developing specific Affiliate landing pages and offers
\nWork closely with the SEM team on a multi-touch strategy during key promotional periods
\nProvide accurate forecasting across multiple market and language sites
\nElevate the companys Affiliate and Display knowledge and distribute insights with relevant stakeholders

What we are looking for

\n\n2-5 years Affiliate and Display experience. Knowledge and understanding of other digital channels such as SEA, SEO and Paid Social is a plus
\nWorking experience with Google Ads, DV360, Partnerize and Lengow is ideal
\nProficient in number crunching in Excel and experience with analytics tool such as Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics.
\nIdeally with hands on Affiliate and Display experience
\nA good understand of tracking pixels and tag manager is a plus
\nProven experience with briefing and managing agencies
\nPast working experience with international clients on the agency side or for an international company.
\nExcellent project coordination skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail & accuracy.
\nAbility to work well independently as well as in a team.
