PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Build seasonal OTB for retail & E-com split to division, product category, drop and fashionalbility level, tied to the company sales budget and predefined KPIS;
Forecast the MD% and Margin% by division by channel for both budget and rolling estimation;
Build up seasonal demand forecast by division and product group at unit level for merchandising assortment and development;
Inventory rolling forecast by channel by division at unit, value and cost level to monitor inventory status and improve the inventory more healthy;
Prepare weekly/monthly reports, provide action plans, share assumptions and analysis, risk and opportunities, challenges and sales performance review with brand management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
At least 3-5 years related experience
Skills:
Strong project and time management skills;
Ability to plan tasks and timetable in advance, manage and coordinate timetable with multiple countries and business units;
Fluent English communication skills, including verbal and written communication
Influential and effective communicator
Education: Bachelors degree or above
