POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Customer Database Analyst is part of the Calvin Klein CRM team at PVH and will work as part of a dedicated Analytics team to manage and advance the team's work.
Strong candidates will be well versed in the world of database management and analytics with a clear understanding of all the ways in which this work can transform marketing.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Development and execution of SQL and R-based queries to create customer lists and KPI-based reports. Draw recommendations from insights for business-facing customer profiles
Partner with media and marketing teams to activate on customer data strategies; responsible for implementation of marketing campaigns and customer journeys in Customer Data Platform
Act as an expert on Calvin Kleins customer data, maintaining a clear understanding of the data and business rules in the Data Dictionary
Support new technological integrations, upgrades and ingestion of new data sources by validating data between systems; ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Identify and research data inconsistency issues, working closely with IT business partners and outside vendors to enhance Calvin Kleins Analytics and Reporting Environment
Support CRM/IT in the reconciliation of data from a variety of sources; devise and/or improve processes to monitor data and ensure its accuracy and integrity
Develop test plans, manage and execute UAT to ensure accuracy of customer attributes across internal systems
Partner with Customer Insights in the management of customer data platforms
Manage monthly and quarterly customer metrics dashboard, providing a holistic view of the customer and trends in their purchasing behavior
Support the Senior Manager of Advanced Customer Analytics in the management and execution of all analytics work, including segmentation, A/B testing, multivariate testing, campaign management, marketing activation analytics, predictive modeling, and more
Manage both the design of tests and the readout and communication of their performance
Serve as a champion of CRM and the thoughtful use of analytics throughout the Calvin Klein organization
Remain current and knowledgeable on industry-leading analytics practices

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience working with very large datasets, including statistical analyses, data visualization, data mining, and data cleansing/transformation.
Fashion/retail experience strongly preferred (experience in retail is not needed but prior analytics and client service experience is a must)
Experience with predictive modeling and demand forecasting, demonstrating knowledge of multiple statistical methodologies as well as an understanding of financial and operational impacts of the forecast

Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Business Analytics or related field.

Skills:
Familiarity with one or more of the following: customer transaction data and email data, loyalty, web interaction data
Solid database experience with expertise in SQL, Python
Experience with visualization tools, such as, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, or Domo
Experience in Hadoop, Omniture, Google Analytics is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers
Capable of analyzing pre-defined reports, performing error resolution as needed and making business decisions
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization and ambiguity exists
Self-motivated, team player with the ability to coordinate workload independently to complete tasks in accordance with service levels and timelines with a focus on exceeding expectations
Well organized, detail-oriented and customer service focused
Preference to work in a fast paced, evolving and deadline driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple enterprise levels/positions
Ability to represent individual ideas and point of view outside immediate team or peers.
Reporting, analytics, problem solving and quality management experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel and Power Point
Experience working in a omni-channel company that has both e-commerce and traditional storefront presence is a plus
ERP and Business Reporting experience a plus
