Project Description
During your internship, you will work on the following project: \"Elevating our lingerie and true sleep presence in the marketplace\".
\nYour responsibilities:
\n\nUnderstand and know how the THU Women's line is structured and which styles are used
\nUnderstand all KPIs used in merchandising for decision making
\nCreate market and collection analysis to support the team in driving new fact-based strategies
\n\nLearning outcomes:
\n\nClear understanding of merchandising KPI, processes and timelines
\nDiscover the women's underwear marketplace
\nDevelop commercial and brand-driven commercial thinking
\nLearn how to interact with product development and design to drive projects forward
\n\n
Requirements
\nIt is mandatory that you are still enrolled in a university or school program at the start date of the internship. Please note this is not a thesis-oriented internship but more to gain experience in a global work environment.
\nThe candidate must be eligible to work in the EU.
\nStart date: February 2020; Duration: 6 months

\nInterest in Merchandising and Fashion; having retail / commercial experience is a plus
\nYou are highly organized with the ability to plan according to priority and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
\nYou have good knowledge & computer skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word
\nYou have strong communication skills, high proficiency in English (both speaking and writing)
\nYou have a flexible attitude and a strong work ethic
\nYou have a good understanding of Tommy Hilfiger DNA and brand awareness
\nYou are willing to learn and push your boundaries!
