Department Information
The Assistant Store Manager will be part of the Retail Department and will work in our store Calvin Klein in Scalo Milano Outlet & More (MI).
Position Description
Mission:\nThe candidate, working closer to the Store Manager, has to ensure continuity and maintenance of strategic standards and operational procedures in order to achieve company goals.\n \nMain Responsibilities:\n- Ensure the best customer experience\n- Customer loyalty management\n- Daily, weekly and monthly breafing and reporting\n- General store accounting\n- Orders management (goods loading/unloading, goods handling between stores, etc.) - Analysis, interpretation and sharing of KPI's and store performance\n- Stock take management
Position Requirements
- Proficiency in English\n- Customer oriented\n- At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager in fashion or luxury companies\n- IT skills (good knowledge of Office, in particular Excel)\n- Time Management\n- Problem solving\n- Positive attitude
