About The Role
The PVH Ecommerce business is a rapidly growing revenue stream and a major contributor the UK+ success. Our premium, fast paced and digitally advanced environment is like no other offering an engaging client experience as well as a unique place to work!
\n\nThis critical leading role within UK+ will work cross channel and connect with its key stakeholders, they will work to uphold brand integrity online and to open new business streams.
\nReporting to the Managing Director, the Ecommerce Director will be responsible for strategising, implementing and optimising every opportunity to grow sales online. Working in partnership with buying, wholesale and retail, they will ensure that Ecom requirements are fulfilled.
\nResponsibilities include:
\nStrategic development of the ecom and digital marketing roadmap to increase customer conversion.
\nCollaborating with digital marketing to build a positive PVH presence online, and uphold our brand integrity through supervising online guidelines.
\nImproving our customer experience, growing into new markets/categories and delivering our budgeted revenue forecast.
\nBuilding a brand/category strategy to provide a compelling experience and prioritise online opportunities.
\nWorks in partnership with buying, providing direction and data supporting product recommendations.
\nOverseeing online product launches to maximize opportunities and impact.
\nResponsible for trading online, quickly identifying which products and categories are working and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
\nMonitoring average basket values and working with key business partners to continuously improve performance.
\nFull P&L responsibility and accountability for driving margin targets.
\nKeeping abreast of industry trends, new technologies and best practices.
\nPlaying a true leadership role responsible for bringing the PVH+ vision to life through the day-to-day running, development and coaching of the team

About You
\nYou'll have a minimum of +7 years' experience at Head/ senior manager level, across ecommerce and business development.
\nYoull have proven strategic thinking, team leadership and project management experience gained within fast-paced Ecommerce environment ideally within the retail sector.
\nYoull have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.
\nYoull be a commercially astute and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.
\nYou will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace.
\nYou'll have excellent negotiation skills, always backing yourself with data & insights.
\nYou'll be experienced in delivering results through implementing and driving sales strategies.
