POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager Supply Chain Planning and Production is responsible to managing a multi-tiered sourcing strategies in support of brand and business needs, managing the end-to-end production process from the order allocation to product delivery. Ensuring the execution of specific programs to optimize time and cost such as in-season chase requests, speed programs and core basics CR programs.

This position collaborates with cross-functional teams including regional overseas offices, merchandise marking, Fashion/Replenishment planning, customer service, distribution center, logistics.

Management and implementation of the allocation strategy that enables right product to be developed and produced in the right place to achieve optimal cost, quality and time.
Complete understanding of established processes and procedures, systems and reporting tools designed to execute garment purchases are imperative to the management of the tasks around garment production in a timely manner.

Position uses the PVH Enterprise systems and Excel reports to track and monitor the production of garments from assorting piece goods to the delivery of the finished goods to the warehouse. Perform finished goods tracking and reporting. Maintain production for responsible businesses.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Lead and manage the Supply planning and order management process to meet volume, profit and inventory objectives. This includes the management of all Purchase orders to maximize flow and limit liabilities.
Responsible to maintain all parameters which need to be set in order to fulfill the planning and purchasing process with in JDA ESP systems.
Responsible to execute production in accordance to customer demand and collaborate needs on a weekly/monthly basis according to calendars
Coordinate and report liabilities.
Collaborate with Sales ops, Inventory planning and Technical Services on key deliverables to mitigate risk and meet business goals.
Manage new vendor set up in execution systems.
Build and maintain effective vendor and regional and cross-functional partnerships in all aspects of production operations
Support development of seasonal sourcing plan (Source Mapping) and plan that production is placed with suitably qualified factories based on capability, capacity and performance.
Responsible to firm plan orders in ESP and review net buy master plan with Sales operations and Inventory management teams.
Ensure all orders are planned according to the available capacity, capability and plan orders are allocated to fill projected vendor capacities.
Recommend action and communicate issues that relate to Production that may hinder our ability to achieve our inventory and financial objectives
Ensure accuracy and clarity of teams execution of AA communication to garment purchase to vendors and regions.
Responsible for communicate the AAs and manage PO issuance in set timelines.
Analyze weekly Shipment reports, Exception reporting to identify any delivery issues as it relates to factory delays and/or potential customer delivery delays and mitigate risks.
Cross-functionally Interface with other areas of the business as needed to ensure proper support and coordination of Production issues.
Responsible to maintain desired KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
5 + years of experience in apparel production and sourcing; overseas factory exposure preferred

Education:
Bachelors Degree in business or related area or equivalent experience

Skills:
People management skills
JDA Collaborate/ ESP knowledge
Strong working knowledge of MRP and ERP systems
Ability to work in a collaborative environment (Internal / External)
Expertise in area of product knowledge.
Proven experience working in apparel factories in production.
Sound knowledge in garment construction, cutting, sewing and finishing.
Experience in working with retail and direct imports.
Analytical and problem solving ability.
High integrity and business ethics.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing at all levels
Good spoken and written English.
Team Player
Able and willing to travel as required.
