About The Team
The PVH HR team are a group of focused, forward thinking and commercial individuals all passionate about offering an outstanding colleague experience.
\nThe Learning and Development Officer works within the Talent and Development team whos ultimate objective is to set all PVH employees up for success and enable them to be the best version of themselves. They do this by ensuring the business has the appropriate and fit for purpose development interventions and tools in place.
\nThey operate autonomously and have the creative license to really deliver bespoke solutions. Whether they are creating bitesize learnings or large scale management development programs they are encouraged to challenge the status quo and think differently.

About The Role
The Learning and Development Officer is a brand ambassador, responsible for engaging and partnering with retail store management and their teams on their development journey within PVH.
\nResponsibilities include:
\n\nDeliver inspiring training and coaching initiatives to colleagues.
\nWork collaboratively with the wider team and key stakeholders to create a blended learning approach fit for the long term.
\nWork with the Managers to ensure the smooth onboarding of new starters.
\nSupport team in delivery of UK+ management development offer.
\nMentor and coach delegates on management development offer.
\nWork closely with Managers to review learning and development interventions for technical skills and behaviours communicating.
\nPartner with the Talent and Development Team to deliver relevant L&D workshops.
\nShare ownership over PVH UK+ learning e-magazine.
\nTrack and communicate monthly training statistics.
\nTrack and archive all management training records.
\nSchedule and manage all retail apprenticeship and Fashion Retail Academy programs.
\nDesign all national team briefs and energisers to support the launch/communication of business topics.
\nPartner stakeholders to deliver engaging and inspirational brand, service and product training i.e. university days, seasonal kick offs, new store openings, ad-hoc projects
\nSchedule workshops and administer relevant communications and administration to attendees prior and post attendance to workshops.
\nKey sponsor and advocate of PVH Learning LMS and drives this across channels.

About You
\nYou will have a least 2 years experience operating in a Learning and Development function or Retail Management
\nYou'll you have experience in creating blended learning content.
\nYou'll have effective coaching and mentoring skills. Previous experience of using psychometrics platforms would be ideal.
\nYou will have a strong understanding of the development cycle and be confident in designing creative interventions.
\nYoull have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.
\nYoull be a commercially astute and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.
\nYou will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace
\nYou'll be skilled in analysis, time management, problem solving and innovative thinking
\nYou'll be creative, curious and courageous!
