Department and Team
The CRM, Loyalty & Personalization team has 3 key objectives:
\n\nIncrease consumer engagement
\nImprove retention rate
\nDrive traffic and conversion to support sales and marketing efforts
\n\n
The CRM team is part of the Marketing department. The CRM team drives and facilitates various projects related to consumer data intelligence activated through email, app, SMS and more touchpoints with the aim of building loyalty and retention.




The Position
The Specialist CRM Marketing Automation will create, implement and maintain best practice processes in CRM data management, marketing automation and integrated campaigns for Calvin Klein. For this role, we need an expert with in-depth knowledge of Marketing Automation tools. This person will be responsible for designing and implementing consumer focused marketing journeys.

Successful candidates will have deep CRM knowledge and proven success in implementing data-driven marketing campaigns. The perfect candidate is curious, reasonably technical, positive and well organized.

This role works alongside Consumer Data Analysts and another Marketing Automation Specialist, and reports into the Senior Manager Data & Operations.
\nPosition Responsibilities:
\nMarketing Automation
\n\nBe the go-to person for all questions relating to our campaign management set-up
\nGet your hands dirty on the solution and actual implementation of improvements and smaller projects
\nLook for anomalies and improvement opportunities to initiate technical infrastructure improvements
\nDrive personal communication by designing & implementing cross-channel communication workflows to drive deeper and more meaningful consumer engagement
\nDevelop processes and best practices for implementing data driven marketing campaigns
\nAchieve campaign optimization by forming hypothesis and implement split-tests in order to improve marketing performance
\n\nProject Management
\n\nManage projects for both brands in the areas of campaign & data management
\nContribute to vision- and roadmap development for the CRM Platform, by:
\nIntroducing and driving marketing automation initiatives
\nInitiating projects to make sure that capabilities of the current CRM infrastructure are utilized to its fullest extent
\nReviewing and implementing industry best practices
\nManage vendor relationships:
\nDay-to-day communication & updates
\nContinuously review and optimize way of working together
\nKeep all stakeholders aligned & focused on the deliverables in order to deliver the end product according to the timelines and specifications

The Ideal Candidate
\nExpert in campaign management
\nDeep knowledge of digital marketing data and analytics
\nUnderstanding of data exploitation for the purpose of marketing
\nStrong project management skills
\nStrong communication and storytelling skills, written and verbal
\nResults-driven and fact based communication style
\nExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle complex priorities and projects
\nPassion for innovation in the field of marketing automation
\nSelf-starter with the willingness to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
\nProblem -solving and practical decision-making abilities
\nAble to work independently and proactively have a curious mindset, with an ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

\nYou Bring:
\n\nA University degree (e.g. in Business, Marketing, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
\n2-4 years experience in digital marketing, CRM or analytics
\n2-4 years experience with campaign management tools, preferably experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
\nFluent in English (written and verbal)
\n\n
Nice to Haves:
\n\nExperience working with fashion or lifestyle brands
\nPassion or understanding of retail marketing
\nComfortable with HTML, JavaScript or SQL
