POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Site Coordinator is responsible for supporting the E-Commerce team in the management of product launching and content for the calvinklein.com website.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Launch styles to the website for each product delivery
Coordinate and schedule photo shoots with the Fashion Office for product detail shoots
Audit the website daily to ensure accuracy of product content
Lead promotions build and test promotions and monitor activity
Manage weekly Purchase Order (PO) moves and color breakouts
Maintain product launch status reports
Lead follow up with IT on any issues that arise
Respond and react to customer service and site issues
Stay abreast of online marketing trends, competitive sites and technology and make recommendations that will drive business growth


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: At least 1 year of e-commerce apparel content merchandising and/or
Marketing web based business. Must have previous experience using web content management systems.

Education: College graduate and/or industry trained professional

Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Must be self-motivated
Ability to multi-task and handle several projects at a time
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent project management skills
Ability to work in a team based environment
Experienced with Excel
Ability to adapt to changing trends of the business
