POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Development, the Director of Talent Development is responsible for leading the execution of talent development strategies and initiatives, including design, development, and deployment efforts, while also evaluating the effectiveness of learning solutions.
The Director of Talent Development places a high emphasis on supporting and driving achievement of PVHs strategic goals by leveraging talent expertise, initiatives, tools, and techniques. The Director of Talent Development will manage the strategy and execution of competency frameworks and people development, preparing the organization for the future of work and ensuring proper integration into talent management processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Lead the development of talent solutions for business functional areas
Consult with business leaders and HR partners to understand needs and determine appropriate solutions
Develop operating model and governance for engaging with business groups
Develop and execute short- and long-term strategy, inclusive of measurement strategy
Oversee related project plans and measurement plans
Develop and drive communication/engagement strategies
Support global TD partners in localizing and deploying solutions
Leverage global learning platform, technologies, and offerings
Understand business priorities and proactively look for ways to improve processes to create efficiency and scale
Identify and advise on opportunities for change management and org design
Partner with business leaders, HR, and appropriate COEs to develop talent strategies for specific teams/orgs/functions
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
Work with external instructors/faculty to customize solutions for a variety of audiences and levels
Share relevant data with partners to inform all stages of associates lifecycle
Facilitate courses and workshops
10-20% travel required to PVH offices in Bridgewater and some travel to other PVH locations, remote sites, field meetings or offsite events

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
8-10 years of experience in training program design, development, and implementation
6+ years of experience in talent solution development
6+ years of experience in working with transformation initiatives, the future of work, emerging skills, etc.
Advanced knowledge of talent development strategy and methodology
Data analysis, reporting, and summarizing data for key stakeholders
Developing and maintaining internal/external relationships
Leading cross-functional teams
Project management and leadership
Supervisory experience
Experience in consulting or advising a plus

Education:
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
