POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Sr. Manager of Advanced Customer Analytics, this role will be working on a newly formed in-house CRM team that supports the Calvin Klein North America Retail & E-Commerce businesses.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned analytics expert who is passionate about using data to drive customer-centered improvements and innovation, an experienced people manager, and an exceptional storyteller/communicator. They are strongly proficient in advanced customer segmentation, marketing analytics, have the ability to communicate + influence, manage multiple concurrent projects, work cross-functionally, and understand business objectives and context. Most importantly, this individual will need to regularly synthesize the data into actionable insights and recommendations for the business.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Lead internal team and external vendors in segmentation, targeting, A/B testing, multivariate testing, campaign management, reporting/dashboarding, predictive modeling (all brand product categories, in addition to customer behavioral models (i.e. full price purchasing, customer win back model). Models used to identify high potential acquisition and retention targets for DTC marketing campaigns, website personalization and customer lifetime value
Consolidate and analyze data from disparate sources to identify marketing opportunities that emerge, and develop strategic plans that drive results.
Provide internal business partners with actionable, easy to understand, customer insights, visualizations, dashboards and ad hoc customer analyses that enhance and guide effective decision making.
End-to-end involvement in our testing strategy. Partner in the design of our tests, define measurements of success, set up test and control groups, report out on testing results to external teams, and collaborate on how we can iterate and improve.
Works on Calvin Klein Preferred Loyalty Program initiatives.
Utilize applied clustering techniques (i.e. K-means) to produce customer persona segment groups to assist leadership teams to understand what key types of customers purchase their brand in order to inform design, marketing, and communication decisions.
Helps ensure quality assurance in the development of new reporting objects/variables within the analysis reporting environment.
Build repeatable processes that can be executed by yourself or others
Communicate findings by documenting a way to visualize the insight and/or through verbal communication.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 5+ years' related experience

Education: Bachelors Degree or higher, preferred in the areas of Statistics, Math, Economics, Business/Marketing, Data Science, Psychology or a related area.

Skills:
Expert in click and drag analytic tools (such as Business Objects and Alteryx), data visualization tools (Tableau), campaign management tools (Acclaim), and digital marketing analytics tools (Omniture)
Advanced SQL, R, Python is required; experience in Hadoop a plus
Must be comfortable working with internal and external partners to source the right data from different systems.
Ability to conceptualize business issues, formulate hypotheses, gather results, analyze data, and make appropriate recommendations for change.
Proficient in developing high quality, reusable, and scalable analytics supporting a wide variety of customer and business outcomes.
Familiarity with advanced analytical techniques such as clustering, decision trees, logistic regression, and recommendation systems is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize large sets of data to draw out actionable insights.
Strong understanding of complex customer segmentation logic and ability to execute based on business objectives.
Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel, access and PowerPoint Required
Strong project management ability; managing communication, timelines, defining clear objectives, and delivering key insights on analytical questions in a timely manner.
Excellent written and oral presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills- must enjoy working across multiple business units and functional areas to achieve goals.
Must be detail-oriented, highly accurate and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Must be able to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to understand and manipulate large amounts of data into reporting/presentation utilized to drive strategy/decision making.
Someone who also has a test & learn mindset; open to quantifying and testing new opportunities.
