Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Talent Development, the Talent Development Coordinator is responsible for managing the logistics and execution for talent development programs, projects, processes, and initiatives. The Talent Development Coordinator will support project management and communication planning activities, support the development of user-centered content and experiences, prepare rooms and materials, serve as an administrator for talent systems and platforms, and administer class enrollment & evaluations. In addition, the Talent Development Coordinator will support consistency and efficiencies across programs and projects by documenting and adhering to processes for the function.

Support the design, development, and implementation of talent programs and initiatives
Support the creation, maintenance, and execution of project documentation, including timelines, communication plans, and measurement strategies
Administration activities on the learning platform, communication tools and related technologies
Document and follow talent processes, with an eye toward process enhancement
Track and manage talent development data across appropriate systems
Lead smaller projects, or elements of larger projects, in support of overall priorities
Establish and manage relationships with external vendors
Establish and maintain relationships across the PVH brands, functions, and geographies, including global talent development peers and business leaders
Support the execution of short- and long-term tactics & strategies
Support leadership in developing presentations, reports, and other materials
Provide administrative support to the function, including calendar management and invoice processing
Provide administrative, communication, and logistics support for events across the function


1+ years of experience in coordinating events and/or training activities, preferred 2-4 years of experience
1+ years of administrative support
Providing project support on multiple projects/initiatives
Familiarity with agile methods and design thinking principles a plus
Experience with LMS and/or learning platforms a plus
Survey design and delivery
Proven ability to deliver high quality work on time
Developing and maintaining internal/external relationships

Bachelors degree preferred

Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
Detail- and quality-oriented
