The Business Process Senior Manager is at the heart of cross-functional collaboration and partnership in determining current and future processes, maximizing efficiencies with PVH Corps evolving system architecture. This person is a key contributor to develop, analyze, measure, optimize, and document current and future processes across the TUG & CKNA Supply organization. This person takes a holistic approach for end-to-end process evaluation, improvement, and mapping; creates the foundation for how teams work together.

At its core, the Business Process Senior Manager is defined by an understanding of stability in current processes and agility for future processes. This involves knowledge of product development, collaborating with our global partners, and orchestrating our supply chain processes in tandem with our business processes.

The Underwear Group & CKNA Business Process Senior Manager is responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to drive the planning, executing, and auditing of processes that enable efficiencies and accountability for all business process and corporate procedures. Strong ability in connecting the dots, providing strategic communication, problem solving, risk management, facilitating meetings, and ensuring quality control are elements essential to this role. The Business Process Senior Manager is responsible for partnering with cross-functional partners to drive the creation, documentation, and / or evolution of Supply processes across various functional areas. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Lead & collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure current processes are maintained, new processes are documented & implemented & efficiencies are achieved
Document, implement, and maintains current & future business process projects
Maintains process repository & encourages reuse
Work with process teams to identify risk & benefits of process changes
Facilitate process for implementation to Supply
Monitors the results of improvement projects and publishes audit reports
Delegate & empower cross functional teams to achieve business goals through process adherence
Continuous improvement of business processes and managing the team during the transition periods
Map as is and future-state business processes, analyze gaps, and provide recommended solutions
Resolve potential and actual cross functional issues that affect the process and the organization
Ability to facilitate business process, monitors, and provides feedback to cross functional associates working toward business goals
Improve business processes through tools, metrics, and dashboard reporting to enable decision making
Communicate internally with PVH Supply GTM, PMO, Data Governance, SIO Community (central, embedded, & other), PVH Supply Brand and business teams, as well as global leveraged teams
Communicate externally with PVH vendor partners and outside consultants as needed
ENVIRONMENT:
Primarily based in the 501 Seventh Ave NY City office
Must be able to work in other PVH locations such as Bridgewater, NJ
Overseas travel to regional offices may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
Lean, Six Sigma, or Lean Six Sigma Certification a plus
5+ years of related business process improvement
Project management, PMP certification is an asset
Work experience with global teams is recommended
Proven ability to multitask effectively and focus on multiple efforts at one time

Education: University/College degree or prior work experience preferred

Skills:
Practical experience of documenting & mapping business processes
Knowledge of relevant business process standards, modeling, & simulation tools.
Strong documentation & presentation skills
Strong organizational and facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team
Ability to influence others cross-functionally, including senior leadership
Fluent skills and experience with tools such as: PowerPoint, Lucidchart, Smartsheet, Visio, Excel, Word, and Outlook
