As the Account Executive II, you will be responsible for driving sales, achieving EBIT goals, and nurturing a mutually profitable business relationship within the Department Store channels by setting and implementing strategies that support the Speedo brand.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
⏵ Primary contact for Dept Store accounts in the US
⏵ Establish strong relationships with buying teams and management
⏵ Develop and implement business plan by account to achieve corporate sales goals
⏵ Lead & coordinate sell-in process to customers with proposed assortments that align with company merchandising and sales objectives
⏵ Secure orders and insure proper flow of information is reflected including delivery dates, style information, and order styles adjustments
⏵ Work with Customer Service on PO, bulk, or projection maintenance
⏵ Partner with Forecasting & Production Planning teams to analyze business, and build & maintain forecasts to maximize sales opportunities
⏵ Partner with Retail Planning team to manage and report internal financial shipping estimates, order files, profitability results and retailer's open to buy
⏵ Collaborate with internal marketing to develop digital tools and marketing strategies to support the sales initiatives
⏵ Manage and report internal financial shipping estimates, order files, profitability results and retailer's open to buy
⏵ Present seasonal product lines to customers with proposed assortments and with Speedos merchandising and sales objectives
⏵ Maintain account contract and manage any co-op agreement while adhering to Speedo's policy of execution
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 5 to 8 years experience in sales or account management in a Department Store Channel
Education: 4 year degree
⏵ Proven success in managing large accounts ($10M+).
⏵ Experience in managing relationships with Account Buyers, Planners, and Directors, and internal VP, SVP, and C-level executives
⏵ Must have Target sales experience
⏵ Knowledge of Microsoft Office
⏵ Retail math skills
⏵ Strong communication skills both written and verbal
⏵ Ability to build strong relationships
