Responsible for assisting with planning and execution of PVHs external financial reporting.

Responsibilities
Assist with preparation of quarterly earnings releases
Draft quarterly financial statements and 10-Q reports
Draft annual financial statements and 10-K reports
Lead the iXBRL tagging for 10-Q and 10-K reports
Assist with preparation of various other SEC reports, as needed
Interact and liaise with external auditors on quarterly reviews and annual audits, including assisting with variance analysis and SOX controls
Assist with preparation of all supporting documentation for investor presentations
Review U.S. Department of Commerce and other census reports
Perform accounting research and peer analysis, document findings and conclusions
Supervisory responsibilities for Senior Financial Analyst and Analyst, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience
6+ years experience, with public accounting and corporate external reporting for a public company required

Education
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA required

Skills
Experience with preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Previous experience with iXBRL
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and self-motivated individual who challenges the status-quo. Action oriented.
Strong analytical skills
Must be well organized
Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Essbase is a plus
Ability to develop strong working relationships
Heavy workload required during key financial processes such as year-end and quarter end which will require overtime
