PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Develop strategies to deliver financial growth and increase profitability for Speedousa.com.
Develop and lead online marketing initiatives to drive new customer growth. Candidate must have Paid Performance and SEO experience.
Stakeholder in PVH Consumer Data Transformation. Key partner with CRM team to build file growth and health. Owns E-mail content strategy in partnership with CRM and Marketing.
P&L responsibilities - establish and manage budget for SpeedoUSA.com, including strategic driving of Paid Performance marketing budget to optimize KPIs and drive top and bottom-line revenue.
Oversee concept development, strategizing, planning, implementation, and coordinating of e-Commerce initiatives. Delivering on optimizing the onsite experience to improve conversion and create loyalty.
Frame and map opportunities based on historical results & current trends to maximize sales. Candidate must be adept in utilizing analytical tools to inform strategic decisions.
Define product price, product assortment, inventory position and promotional calendar for SpeedoUSA.com. Partner with wholesale and design/sourcing teams to execute in alignment with brand goals.
Lead clear communication and alignment with Marketing, Content, and CRM teams to drive strategy and timely delivery of optimized assets.
Lead and motivate a talented team of web merchandising, marketing, operations, analytics and development providing vision, direction and guidance.
Build and maintain relationships with outside vendors and partners in order to contribute to the efficient operation of the organization.
Manage all e-Commerce vendor contracts, and partner with additional third-party vendors to identify and apply solutions as needed for site experience improvement and operational optimization.
Collaborate with IT on the back-end of the e-Commerce technical architecture. Key stakeholder in driving requirements for site improvements. Lead in UAT of new site implementations.
Take a strategic view of the digital commerce landscape, keeping current with industry best practices and trends.
