POSITION SUMMARY:

The Assistant Sourcing Managers primary responsibility will be to assure PVH data systems are updated and accurate for all sourcing related activities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

PLM Data work / in season system responsibilities Update tech packs with any changes at sample stage and beyond
Review/Ensure tech pack accuracy
Assign color & NRF code (Correct NRF Duplicates)
Troubleshoot style flow issues
Run Seasonal Line Matrix/PLM Accuracy report at Style/Color level
Carry over Basic styles each season, ensure it matches with GMs Global Core Report, advise hubs of completion for accuracy check
Allocate Vendors in PLM during tech pack pass off
Responsible for development charts in XPC
System management for Factory/Vendor approvals (new factories, name changes, etc.) and add to CSR site

In Season Responsibilities Maintain Vendor Information sheets
Coordinate with hubs/vendor any sample requests from e-Commerce team and Customs Compliance
Engage in strategic initiatives for GSC and the business

Category management (Under guidance from Supervisor)Understand seasonal strategies to align day to day priorities
Engage PVH offshore offices and/or Supply Chain Partners for solutions as it relates to business needs
Engage with cross functional teams & ensure calendar deadlines are met
Assist manager with allocation of development & sample requests.
Track status and delivery of samples
Understanding of product costs
Assist Manager for development and approvals of trim & hardware
Collaborate with PVH offshore offices and factories directly on daily tasks

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 1-3 years of related experience in Intimates sourcing, product development and/or production.

Education:

Bachelors Degree in related field
A textile/PD or manufacturing-related background is preferred.

Skills:

Computer skills Full MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of or experience with PDM is helpful.
Top-notch follow up skills are essential.
Proactive personality is needed.
Excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills
