The Senior Director, Inclusion & Diversity will play a key role in championing PVHs efforts to further strengthen our global I&D approach across the internal employee life cycle and with external consumers, suppliers and our communities This role reports to the head of I&D and Associate Experience and will be their right hand to partner with HR and brand business leaders to fully capture the value of PVHs I&D efforts across the enterprise. The individual will create impactful inclusion strategies and innovative programs that connect the business priorities to our talent practices.

The individual will lead the development and execution of long-term I&D goals and manage the global governance structure that will provide oversight of the goals to drive accountability. This leader will have deep I&D expertise to drive communications strategies that engage internal and external stakeholders to provide counsel to leading the design and development of PVHs I&D learning strategy to build the knowledge and skills needed by our associates and leaders to support and enhance the culture. This leader will also develop and implement a measurement strategy to track progress across the I&D strategic pillars. Finally, the individual will support our efforts in diversity recruitment and manage the US EEO and AA compliance process.

The ideal candidate will have the experience, knowledge and perspective that will enable them to provide the leadership and vision to support PVHs culture and continue to build an environment that respects and values differences that drive innovation and a sense of belonging. This individual should be deeply passionate about inclusion and diversity, have strong program management skills, and be able to collaborate with a wide variety of employees, departments, leadership teams, and third parties as needed.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Partner with executives to develop I&D goals in all pillars of the strategic framework and lead management of governance structure to ensure accountability and drive transparency internally and externally in alignment with CR targets
Partner with executives across the organization to provide thought-leadership focused on developing innovative programs and initiatives to advance PVHs inclusion and diversity strategy and enhance the associate experience across all facets of the employee life cycle
Bring subject matter expertise in I&D to develop comprehensive communication strategies that identify and leverage macro trends to inform PVHs narrative and positioning both internally and externally as a great place to work
Leverage the resources and centers of expertise within the Global Communications organization including platform development, analytics, research, and media impact to quantify and deepen communications impact, improve decision support and drive outcomes
Partner with the head of I&D and Associate Experience, the EVP of Global Talent Management and the CHRO to establish key metrics, a scorecard and an annual I&D report; leverage data to generate insights and translate into actions that support our I&D goals and drive transparency and accountability across all levels of the business
Support recruiting's strategic efforts in sourcing and attracting talent from underrepresented groups across the recruitment funnel; partner with Global Talent Acquisition in effectively tracking, measuring, and communicating initiatives
Lead governance process and provide support to the global I&D Councils to ensure strategic alignment and tracking of key initiatives
Conduct research, analysis and benchmarking across other organizations to provide insight on developing an inclusive workforce that respects diversity at all levels
Lead US EEO and AA compliance process

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
10+ years of experience across HR, Talent Management and/or Inclusion & Diversity areas with least 5 years focused on Inclusion & Diversity
Proven experience in strategic program management in designing and implementing I&D strategies, events and programming to drive the culture of an organization
Ability to effectively influence and communicate across all levels in a global, matrixed environment
Strong leadership capabilities with experience supervising professional staff or managing work teams
Experience in training design and facilitation
Knowledge of relevant US laws and regulations
Bachelors degree from accredited college/university
Some travel required to PVH offices globally and to field meetings, offsite events and conferences
