The Strategy Manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and championing strategies for Calvin Klein Global and North America Design and Merchandising as well as e-Commerce.


Support the leadership team in developing strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability in Global Design/Merchandising and/or e-Commerce
Execute upon strategies, including project management and the tracking of progress, as well as the identification and mitigation of project risks
Contribute to recommendations for the business through accurate data gathering, analysis, and modeling
Assist in the development of materials for key executive-level meetings, including Strategy, Budget, and Board of Directors presentations
Support with ad hoc activities as required


Experience: 3-4 years in strategic consulting within a top tier firm or in a corporate strategy role

Education: Bachelors Degree, MBA preferred


Strong expertise in merchandising, planning and/or digital preferred
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally across an international, multicultural and diverse organization
Executive presence with the ability to present to all levels of the organization
Ability to deal with new and complex topics, interpret data, spot trends, draw conclusions and make recommendations in a highly dynamic work environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Independent, hands-on, structured, and result-oriented mindset
Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
