POSITION SUMMARY:
Support Supply leadership in strategy formulation and execution through thought-partnership, project management, process creation, and leveraging collective knowledge & skills to unlock value for the business and end consumer. Manage key projects and initiatives in support of long term strategic vision, operationalize new ways of working, and identify white space opportunities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Partner with Supply leads to drive strategic projects in support of business goals
Track goals & initiatives, measure progress, metrics, key performance indicators, and ROI
Connect dots across multiple strategies and time horizons, maintain a holistic understanding of the business across all functions & geographies
Strategic storytelling- effectively communicate complex ideas, data points, and strategies to diverse audiences in a compelling simple way that inspires action
Maintain and grow knowledge of macro environment and associated business impact, quantify risk and opportunities
Assess projects and ideas and present recommendations to leadership, including ROI analysis, resourcing needs, and future impact to the business
Collaborate with external L1 & L2 (supply chain partners) to drive key strategies
Communicate progress against initiatives and strategies to multiple levels and functional areas to gain buy in and support, or to influence action
Create decks and presentations to share project updates
Serve as thought partner to Supply teams

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
5+ years experience in either supply chain or consulting preferable
Demonstrated leadership managing or influencing people
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Education:
University degree
MBA preferable
LEAN, Six Sigma training (not required)

Skills:
Excellent PowerPoint skills required
Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills
Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments
Meeting facilitation
Excellent communication skills verbal & written/framing/details/closure
Presence and voice
Organized
Ability to prioritize
