POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for thought-partnership, model building, and project management to support Supply strategies and key initiatives

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Lead and support key projects for PVH Supply that drive improvement in the manufacturing, development and costing process, and support speed and efficiency strategies; be accountable for project results along with any project leads
Support the building of new capabilities both on-shore and off-shore in order to become and maintain a best-in-class organization
Scope, plan, and manage key projects including:Complete and maintain document outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing
Facilitate steering committees and working team meetings as necessary to help drive to plan;
Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-Initiative evaluation to determine how well results were achieved.
Communicate project status to sponsor and stakeholders.

Coordinate and educate Supply best practice information across PVH
Identify, recommend, and implement process enhancements based on industry, corporate, or brands best practices
Serve as thought partner and trusted resource to Supply Leaders, Strategic Initiatives Leaders, and business partners
Drive continuous improvement and increased efficiency and effectiveness as business needs shifts

Other Essential Job Functions:
Monitor key process metrics and KPIs in order to drive improvement in efficiency and capabilities
Lead, coach, and motivate team members on a proactive basis.
Communicate process and deliverable updates to cross functional leadership to ensure common understanding and requirements for success
Prepare strategy, budget, and other relevant presentations and communications to relevant business partners regarding pertinent information throughout the process as well as agreed upon follow-up

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
6-9+ years experience must have 2-3+ years in management consulting, product development, or supply chain
Softlines or hardlines experience a plus but not required
Demonstrated leadership managing or influencing people
Proven ability to create, implement and measure new processes
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Education:
University degree, college diploma in business, or equivalent relevant experience
PMI Certification is an asset but not required.

Skills:
Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages.
Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments.
