POSITION SUMMARY:

Circularity at PVH is defined as:
1. Products are made with safe and renewable materials
2. Products are made to be made again (regenerative and modular design, products can be recycled)
3. Develop new business models to extend the use of clothing, and capture rental and resale market share

The PVH Supply Circularity team was created to ensure that PVH creates and operationalizes a circular supply chain platform in Ethiopia that prepares PVH for the changing sustainability environment and the ever changing retail environment.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Associate is responsible for supporting the development of the circularity platform globally across divisions from a Supply Chain perspective. This includes coordinating with internal project teams, facilitating meetings and ensuring quality control throughout the Initiative life cycle.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

What to expect:
Play a key support role on the planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of the Circularity Platform initiative as identified by PVH Supply leadership.

Responsibilities may include:
Contribute to defining the standardized platform by supporting the drafting of initiative playbook(s)
Support mapping circular economy initiatives and efforts across PVH supply chain to identify gaps and opportunities at the supplier and regional levels with the stakeholders across PVH, including the Corporate Responsibility Team
Support project management efforts including:Maintain project charter including scope, benefits, budget, timeline and stakeholders.
Create and maintain project management tools such as project schedules, risk assessments, risk management strategies, communication plans and executive updates
Create documentation to support project-to-operations transition
Contribute to Steering Committee materials, support presentation to Brand and Supply executive leadership

Research and benchmark industry peers initiatives
Support pilot project execution
Provide general PVH Supply executive presentation support
Partner with key stakeholders, including the Corporate Responsibility Team

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience
2-3 years-experience in product development, project management, production or related consulting
Apparel experience preferred but not required
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team
Proven ability to create, implement and measure new processes
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Agility and appetite for learning
Experience and/or passion for sustainability and circularity

Education
University degree or college diploma in business or a related field
PMI Certification is an asset but not required

Skills
Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages
Strategic, operational, and analytical skills
Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships in a cross-functional context
Confident, compelling communicator with developed presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
