Responsibilities:
Supports Manager in partnership between Design, Raw Materials, Technical Design, Merchandising and Production Operations to ensure that the product being developed meets aesthetic requirements within the targeted cost parameters
Communicate daily with overseas vendors on status of protos, SRS and fit samples
Update sample request details in PLM
Assist manager in creating proto and SRS charts
Track all samples/ panels/ Knit downs
Assist Manager with Check in of all Protos/Knit Downs/ Panels/ SRS/Late Add samples
Hang design samples
Fold & Distribute merch/tech samples
Manage tracking and passing of fit samples to tech
Manage WIP to track status of trims & artwork
Knowledge in Hats/Caps/Footwear/Socks/Cold Weather a plus but not a requirement.

Qualifications:
College degree, or prior work experience, preferred
Must have a minimum 1-2 years experience in a related field
Excellent communication, organizational and follow-up skills
Adaptive to a multi-tasked environment
Knowledge of time and action calendars
Attention to detail
Strong PC Skills (MS Office, including Excel), PLM
Ability to learn custom computer system
Detail oriented product development professional with a mindset for continuous innovation
Adapts to change and is able to seamlessly handle multiple tasks and priorities
Highly collaborative, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Must maintain a positive, optimistic and open-minded approach
Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
