Support PVH/Tommy Hilfiger business goals by executing and maintaining complete stock presentation in a neat and organized manner in the department.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
The successful individual will leverage their skills to
Place new product or fill in product on the selling floor from the stockroom in style, size, and color order as directed by the merchandise directives or by the district manager.
Fold, size and maintain tables
Organize back stock by style and color
Check stock for missed markdowns
Check for proper signing of fixtures and report any missing or incorrect signs to the coordinator team.
Assist the Coordinator team in visual presentation, including mannequins, outposts, and merchandising product to Tommy Hilfiger Standards
Broaden the awareness of all PVH brands among consumers and in-store management/personnel
Assist customers with selections where necessary, and engage in selling according to PVH Brand Strategies
Communicate any presentation or stock issues to the Coordinator or District/Regional Manager
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:
Internal: Direct Manager Frequent contact and communication.
Selling / Merchandising Specialists - Frequent contact and communication.
Counterparts - Frequent contact and communication.
External: Store Management / Associates, Store Customers Frequent contact and communication.
BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A
DECISION MAKING: Actively works to improve performance and business processes and make appropriate business decisions regarding TH products.

ENVIRONMENT: Associate must be able to perform physical aspects of merchandising and stock work. Proficiency in E-Mail and other basic computer skills.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Prior retail experience a must
High school or technical school completion
Keen sense of style and fashion helpful in selling function
An outstanding professional will have

Excellent ability to maintain diplomacy, composure and effectiveness in a fast paced environment
