The VP, Controller, Retail will provide leadership and coordination of the divisional financial results, reforecasting and budget management functions. Ability to take initiative as well as agility in a fast paced environment is required.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Retail and Corp Expense Finance departments
Manage the preparation of, and presentation to management of, the monthly results, re-estimate packages and detailed budgets
Maintenance, control and budgeting of the P&L, Balance sheets and all related departmental expenses for all Retail divisions in US and Canada (Outlet, Full Price, Ecomm) as well as Tommy Corporate and Marketing departments
Support the Retail President, North America CEO and all Retail department heads as the finance lead
Responsible for all Real Estate pro formas, renewals and recommendations to upper management
Store payroll tracking and planning in coordination with Store Operations
Store and project based capex budgeting and tracking
TH Retail point person for all system implementations and divisional projects
Oversee sales plans, gross margin analysis and inventory plans
Manages month end and year end closing processes
Develops annual fiscal budget in conjunction w/ the EVP
Ensures all decisions and courses of action are in compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
Responsible for the control of all expenses and capital expenditures
Responsible for the control of all travel & entertainment expense documentation and compliance

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Finance or Accounting required
MBA or CPA strongly recommended
8-10+ years prior accounting experience in the retail industry
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
Knowledge of HFM, Essbase and SAP GL
Strong organizational skills, time management, including ability to prioritize
Professional demeanor and proactive approach
Ability to successfully interface with senior management
Strong work ethic
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task and be flexible to changing priorities
Requires ability to hit internal and external deadlines
Requires ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
Requires ability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requires ability to generate value-added initiatives (strategic and tactical) to grow sales and earnings
Ability to work in fluid environment with changing priorities required
