POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, Global Omni Media Operations will support the strategic direction of our channel investments globally. He/she will also support the strategic development of international media plans supporting all Calvin Klein brands in collaboration with the CK DESK teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Lead the strategic guidance provided to all regional marketing leads on campaign approach and investments
Aid in the development of brand conversations to solidify operating model
Lead in approving and consolidating all regional media plans and strategic sequencing of content to deliver more consistent, robust and efficient brand/product storytelling
Lead any media related special projects as needed to plan cross channel paid media support to deliver on core KPIs of such initiatives in conjunction with regional teams for implementation of approved media support
Support post-campaign performance analysis to generate insights and best practices on all channels and platforms for future plan development

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
4+ years of strategic media planning experience; in house or at an agency. Fashion, beauty and lifestyle experience preferred.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering

Skills:
Deep experience in media planning globally including all digital and social channels
Extensive knowledge of digital media systems and tools (i.e., ad servers, attribution, tagging, ad verification)
Proficiency in MSFT Office; deep experience with data analysis in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Collaborative team-player yet comfortable with independence
Can multi-task, prioritize, and balance time across brands, multiple partner relationships and internal initiatives on a daily basis while maintaining a profound attention to detail
DSP and programmatic media planning expertise with extensive knowledge of Google and Facebook ad products
Strategic DMP understanding for audience segmentation
Ability to manage direct reports as team grows
Proven ability to communicate & translate technical knowledge to a range of audiences, including brands, corporate supporter-ship, technology partners, and agencies
Project management skills (e.g., building & rigorously tracking work plan)
