The Team


The Ecommerce (Ecom) Team is responsible for managing the European own and operated tommy.com and calvinklein.com sites across all European markets. The team operates all necessary functions to manage the Ecom business end-to-end. Both brands are growing in a fast pace and have very ambitious growth targets for the coming years. The team consists of approx. 90+ people and will grow significantly until the end of the year. Furthermore, team members are of various cultural backgrounds and nationalities, all highly motived and skilled as well as inspiring to work with.

As the own and operated Ecom business is one of the main growth opportunities for both brands, there is a high focus in the organization to support the Ecom growth. One of the key pillars is to drive a more data decision driven culture within the team. Thus, we want to scale up our analytical capabilities. In addition, there are lots of projects running covering the entire Ecom value chain which will improve e.g. operational processes, bring innovations and new features, investigate new market and business model opportunities.

We are looking for an Omni Operations Specialist who supports the Ecommerce Operations Omni channel and Partner Program fulfillment flows resulting in excellent operational Omni processes and a competitive advantage for the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein Ecom business.

The Position


Provide steering and oversight of operations capabilities for Omni services.

Ensure thorough monitoring and issue resolution for all Omni flows (Order in Store, Ship to Store and Return in Store).

Coordinate with Countries to resolve stock related issues for Omni services.

Recommend process improvement opportunities.

Facilitate handover of processes and features from development into business operations.

Monitor and support the Partner Program order fulfillment flows.

Improve Partner Program processes to be scalable and support the growth targets.

Manually correct Partner Program process issues so order flow can be fulfilled to the expectations of the customers and Partners.



The Ideal Candidate



3+ years proven operational experience in an E-commerce role.

Understanding of Ecommerce fulfilment process and how to achieve cost effective business solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Knowledge of SAP FMS

Knowledge of Omni business processes

Continuous improvement skills

Stakeholder management experience

Team management experience

Strong communications skills

Curiosity

Detail-oriented
