Maintain PO information into ERP system based on China buy selection
Monitor PO status in GT Nexus system
Monitor original AC and China Consumer Touch Point to negotiate with vendor/BO/EU for on time shipping
Partners with counterparts in other regions to manage on time arrival performance
Establish SOP and KPIs in partnership with business to drive operational excellence and best practices
Sign off contract with domestic supplier and manage local VAT payment
Support management team to provide logistic data, performance report and further project requirement. And ad-hoc tasks assigned for Logistics key projects of the year
