PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Assist franchise department to achieve the relevant matters:
Data collection (Weekly Reports, Monthly Reports, Grade Store Reports, etc.)
Provide monthly reports to Finance Dept.( COMP reports, store count reports, subsidy report, etc.)
Organize Market Week, training, franchisee meeting
Market Week:18 times/year; Training:12 times/year;
franchisee meeting:1 time/year Rent the activity space, coordinate & cooperate with other departments, collect the attendance list, budget control, etc.
Consolidate/Check open-to-buy data.
Arrange monthly meeting
Make event budget plan & budget control
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Around 3 years related experience is preferred
Fluent in spoken and written English
Computer skill in Microsoft office
Good communication skill
Education:College degree or above
