About the job

The Team


The Site Merchandising team is responsible to optimize on-site journeys on Tommy.com, driving the concept and execution of strategies focused on increasing engagement with our products and website.

By constant analysis and iteration, our goal is to improve conversion and sales, constantly balancing consumers demand and commercial objectives.



The Position


As a Site Merchandising Specialist, your main responsibility is to maximize opportunities by addressing specific markets, traffic channels & product group needs.

By means of navigation, product listing page strategies, recommendations and internal search, we aim to boost commercial opportunities, ensuring the productivity of various journeys on our website, delivering quality to business and innovation to our consumers.

Within a fast-paced team, you expected to have a great commercial acumen and strong understanding of ecommerce within the fashion industry. The challenge is to channel efforts on sustainable initiatives while keeping pace with a fast growing channel within the wider business organization.



Key responsibilities


Understanding on e-commerce KPI's and ability to articulate and & act upon insights on Site Merchandising topics.

Optimize commercial focus on landing pages to fulfil actual users demand by defining specific ranking and filtering strategies in relation to a wide range of traffic channels (SEM, CRM, Social)

Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of conversion optimization by investigating on-site behaviour, continuously improving results.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure key aspects of Site Merchandising are set up employing best practices, supporting the entire product lifecycle, from launch to sale.




The Ideal Candidate



Flexible and team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, being able to deliver your message to a variety of stakeholders.

2-3 years of relevant experience in Ecommerce. Understanding of ecommerce traffic channels.

Proficient on Ecommerce Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.

Understanding on Site Merchandising tools (FredHopper), insight platforms (Google Marketing Cloud) is a big plus.

Fluent in English and preferably one other European language.

Ability to work independently driving Team strategies, while understanding our matrix structure.
